These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "Member") and be888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the be888 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

be888 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, be888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via the email address on file. It remains the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

To register and maintain an active account on be888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. be888 strictly prohibits the registration or play of minors and will terminate any account found to be operated by a person under 21.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not on be888's self-exclusion list or any other exclusion register to which be888 subscribes.
• You have not previously had a be888 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and truthful.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your be888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you shall be liable for all such activity.

be888 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if unusual activity is detected, pending verification of account ownership. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by be888.

All financial transactions on be888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). be888 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following PKR-native payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your be888 account will generally be credited within minutes of a confirmed transaction. be888 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 0–4 hours of approval.
• Raast / Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Typically within 1–3 business days.

be888 reserves the right to request supporting KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before approving any withdrawal. Players must withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following general rules apply to all be888 bonuses unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full identity verification.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly.

All bets placed on be888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event. General betting rules applicable across the be888 sportsbook are as follows:

• Bets are final once confirmed. be888 does not cancel bets at the request of a player after confirmation, except in circumstances where the event itself is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or where a clear pricing error is identified by be888.
• In the case of a pricing error, be888 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is accepted by the system. Players acknowledge that live odds fluctuate rapidly and accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the bet slip for each market. be888 reserves the right to adjust limits on individual player accounts or markets at any time.
• For cricket betting — including PSL, Test matches, and international T20s — specific cricket betting rules are published within the sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on be888.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or multiplayer environments.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities. Players who discover a platform error must report it to support immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or anonymising tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level limitations.
• Allowing a third party to operate your account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.

be888 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and gaming authorities. Any evidence of criminal activity detected through platform use may be reported to the relevant authorities in Pakistan or internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any be888 platform content without prior written authorisation from be888. Unauthorised use of be888's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or communication failures beyond be888's reasonable control.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to network issues, device incompatibility, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension resulting from Terms violations.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.

be888's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their be888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

be888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

be888 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit TLS encryption and real-time fraud monitoring — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security, and you accept this inherent risk when using be888.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with be888's support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
